As an Agile Test Consultant and Continuous Delivery Consultant, Xavier always has the drive to improve the quality of the software being delivered. This includes setting up test automation and using CI/CD to organize the fastest quality feedback possible. This also means introducing the mindset change that is needed to think differently about testing and the way we measure quality. ​

Xavier’s goal is to be the link between the client and the business on the one hand, and the the technical aspects and the functional aspects on the other side. Because of this mix in skills, Xavier has a strong experience as a test and quality engineer but also as an agile test coach.​

Coaching and helping hands-on within teams to implement improvements is what motivates him.
